Ja Rule recibe consejos en prisión

NUEVA YORK (AP) — El rapero Ja Rule ha estado recibiendo consejos de dos hombres poderosos en prisión: el ex contralor del estado de Nueva York Alan Hevesi y el ex director general de Tyco International, Dennis Kozlowski.

Ja Rule, cuyo verdadero nombre es Jeffrey Atkins, cumple una sentencia de dos años por posesión de armas, en un centro correccional estatal en Oneida, Nueva York.

"Afuera uno no conoce a hombres así todos los días", dijo al diario Daily News en una entrevista.

El rapero, que no terminó la secundaria, dijo que ambos le han aconsejado que trate de estudiar en la universidad. También dijo que Kozlowski le aconsejó comprar acciones de aerolíneas y estudiar negocios.

En las próximas semanas, Ja Rule estará tomando cursos de educación superior.

Hevesi fue sentenciado por corrupción y Kozlowski por fraude y latrocinio en relación con más de 100 millones en bonos
